Stanley R. Hoffman Associates is an urban economics and financial consulting firm established in 1981 and incorporated in California in 1984 providing economic and real estate market research, economic development strategies as well as fiscal and financial analysis for public agencies and private firms. Services are designed to meet a variety of client needs, ranging from overall market assessments and general and specific plans to the details of site-specific development analysis seeking to provide innovative solutions for the client’s specific requirements. We also work with other consultants on a variety of projects and have included their resumes and experience to highlight our capabilities.

Services are provided individually and in cooperation with project teams in a variety of planning situations including: preparation of specific plans, development plans, general plans and amendments, annexation and incorporation studies, development agreements, impact fee analyses and environmental impact reports.
